Therapy Specialization

I specialize in empowering people-pleasers, perfectionists, professionals, workaholics, and dedicated caregivers—especially those who might be feeling disconnected, stuck, or burnt out. Many of my clients are on a journey to overcome challenges like PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or feelings of unworthiness, and I'm here to help you find insight, healing, and joy.

 

My therapeutic approach values the role of physical health on your well-being. Sleep, nutrition, physical health, medication management are all important. I'm happy to collaborate with other professionals on your behalf and be a part of your care team.

My therapeutic approach is trauma informed, and draws from other modalities to customize care for you. Some modalities I work with are: IFS, CBT, psychodynamic, and narrative. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming; everyone is welcome here. In addition, I have received additional training in treating and assessing ADHD and autism.
